Medical Services in Grapevine, TX

Innovate Health is very pleased to advise its patients that we have contracted with the Prescott Medical Group for Prescott’s licensed medical providers to provide medical services twice a week out of our Innovate Health facility at 4821 Merlot Avenue Suite 240, Grapevine, Texas 7605. The medical services made available through Prescott will be by appointment only. You can arrange your appointment by calling our offices (817) 329-3552 or you can schedule an appointment with Prescott while in our clinic for chiropractic services.

All medical services to be made available by Prescott will be wellness oriented and have been designed by Prescott to supplement the chiropractic services you receive through our facility. All medical services will be provided by licensed medical providers employed by Prescott. The medical services to be made available are as follows:

Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine/Medical Director

Dr. Prescott has been practicing medicine for over 10 years. He is originally from Jerome, Idaho and finally found his way to Texas. He received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and went to medical school soon after at Touro University-Nevada. He did his specialty training in Emergency Medicine at Genesys Regional Hospital in Michigan through Michigan State University. He is board certified in Emergency Medicine and still practices in the ER as well as at Allied Medical and Urgent Care. Dr. Prescott has five children and loves snow skiing, skeet shooting, anything outdoors and more than anything spending time with his family.

Roxann Jones, FNP

Family Nurse Practitioner

Roxann Jones is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Associates Degree in Nursing from Kirtland Community College, Roscommon, Michigan in 1996. She achieved her Bachelors Degree in Nursing and Masters Degree in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. She spent many years as a Registered Nurse at the bedside to include various specialty areas including progressive care, subacute cardiac care, coronary care unit, intensive care unit and inpatient psychiatry. She holds a National Certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Roxann is married with four daughters. Her husband Bobby is kind, loving, and very supportive.
